Full Coverage Maintenance Agreement
With the Full Coverage Maintenance Agreement, AUE provides all travel, labor and parts for your system. As well as two preventative maintenance inspections during a twelve month period. Our goal is to respond to all service calls within eight working hours. In addition, our technical support department provides phone support at no additional charge. PM’s are performed according to the manufacturers standards, and documented to meet or exceed JACHO and Medicare regulatory requirements. AUE will make available technical personnel and documentation during JACHO and Medicare inspections. All test equipment, fixtures and phantoms are calibrated to NTSC standards.
Preventative Maintenance Program
AUE provides all travel and labor for two preventative maintenance inspections during the twelve month agreement period. AUE will provide a 10% discount on travel, labor, parts and phone support for required repairs during the contract period. AUE’s goal is to respond to all service calls within eight working hours. PM’s are performed according to the manufactures standards and documented to meet or exceed JACHO and Medicare regulatory requirements. AUE will make available technical personnel and documentation during JACHO and Medicare inspections. All test equipment, fixtures and phantoms are calibrated to NTSC standards.

AUE provides travel, labor and parts for required repairs at a competitive rate. Technical phone support is available at a reduced rate. AUE’s goal is to respond to all service calls within eight working hours. AUE will make available technical personnel and documentation during JACHO and Medicare inspections at a reduced rate. All test equipment, fixtures and phantoms are calibrated to NTSC standards.
