AUE's Director of Service, Jim Carr, has nearly 40 years experience in imaging service and repair. He's worked for original equipment manufacturers, startups and everything in between. When he's not busy training, providing tech support to AUE customers or helping out on field service calls, Jim enjoys writing about his passion - Imaging Service 101.
